Elden Henson is an American actor best known for playing Fulton Reed in "The Mighty Ducks" trilogy, Foggy Nelson in Marvel's "Daredevil", and Pollux in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 and Part 2".
Elden was born August 30, 1977 in Rockville, Maryland. His mother was a professional photographer and his father, George Ratliff, was also an actor. His siblings are actors Garette Ratliff Henson (who appeared in "The Mighty Ducks" with Elden) and Erick Ratliff (who, like Elden, appeared in "Elvis & Me"). He also has a younger half-brother, Ellington Ratliff, who is a member of the band R5.
Elden got his start in the business at age two, as a baby model. By the time he was six he was appearing in numerous commercials; by age ten he was on his way to becoming a successful child actor. By the time he started high school, in Burbank, California, he'd gotten his big break, starring in the three "The Mighty Ducks" movies as enforcer Fulton Reed. He went on to receive rave reviews as Max Kane, the seemingly slow-witted giant in Miramax's "The Mighty". Elden has since starred in "Idle Hands", "She's All That", and Showtime's "A Gift of Love: The Daniel Huffman Story".
In April 2015, Elden was cast as Foggy Nelson in the Marvel and Netflix TV series "Daredevil". Elden spoke of his excitement for the character's role in the series, saying, "I was really excited as I was getting the scripts and reading that Foggy wasn't just a useless sidekick. He's not just comic relief. I mean, he is some of those things. He does have comic relief, but it was exciting to know that these other characters would have their own path and their own things that they're dealing with."
Elden is set to reprise the role of Foggy in the Marvel crossover miniseries "The Defenders".
